what a letdown! they need to update, honestly. check-out at 10:00 is downright absurd! plus, i woudl ve been much happier with a kettle, but only paper cups were provided. who even does that? an upgrade woudl ve been nice, but instead i'm just another regular guest. i almost wrote a good review but just couldn't bring myself to!
